Shannon (Shay) LangdonI have had an interest in photography since I was a kid. My dad had a photograph of me that split me into three. I remember thinking that was the neatest thing and I wanted to do that. In high school I got to learn how to develop black and white photos and loved it. But life got in the way, and I never pursued photography. I always had a camera on me though, and I was always capturing even the smallest of memories. I married an Air Force cop and I would take photos to show him everything going on at home so he didn't feel like he was missing anything. While he was deployed in 2006, he let me get my first digital SLR camera for my birthday and I was hooked.

I have been in a constant mode of learning since I started. I am constantly learning new techniques for my photography and processing. It gives me the chance to see what I can do and push the limits as much as possible. I love to experiment and share what I learn through my photos.
